Refund and Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days, after which your right to return your product expires.To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unused and returned in the same condition as you received them. By that we mean unopened and unused.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also confirm in this email whether we accept your return and issue a refund. If we accept your return, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to the account you used for your purchase within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cosmethicsbar.com.

Sale items

Only items from the regular collection can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cosmethicsbar.com and send your item to: Professor de Moorplein 521, 5037 DR, Noord-Brabant, Tilburg in the Netherlands.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should send an e-mail with the product you would like to return, and the reason for your return to: info@cosmethicsbar.com

The requirement for customers to cover shipping fees aligns with our commitment to sustainability and our stance against consumerism, encouraging mindful purchasing practices and reducing environmental impact.

Because our goals are to reduce consumerism, encourage mindful purchasing practices and reducing environmental impact, the shipping fee is your cost. You can either choose to get your shipping label through us, or pay for it yourself. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. With the exception of default or wrong orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
